H. HALLAM, LONDON. A CONVEX 12" PAINTED DIAL WALL CLOCK. CIRCA 1850.

A very nice painted convex dial wall clock. The mahogany case with a rounded bottom back box with opening doors in the base and one side for putting the pendulum in and adjusting the time keeping.

The cast brass bezel of relatively simple shape with only a small amount of wood showing round the edge which is always an attractive feature.

The restored convex painted dial with Roman numerals and signed H. Hallam, London has moon hands of blued steel.
